[CMake] Set compiler

If you are in a "pure" msys environment you may wan to try:
cmake -G "MSYS Makefiles" [path to build directory]
or cmake -G "MinGW Makefiles"
if you are in MinGW command prompt ( like the one distributed with Qt)
