[CMake] CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT being ignored?

Sorry all...I am indeed using CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT.  I just made a typo when writing my original post.  So what else might I be doing wrong?

Should be CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT.  See Modules/Platform/Darwin.cmake
