[CMake] Problem with FindBoost

Couple of comments:
Where _exactly_ do you have Boost installed. FindBoost looks for in
very specific locations for a very specific set of folders.
Also, is multi_array an actual compiled library in boost? I can't
remember. If is NOT a compiled library then you don't need to list it
as a component.
Just my thoughts.
