[CMake] CMake ML searchable archive added to the FAQ

Hi All,

I have just added to the FAQ a question:

Where can I find searchable CMake Mailing Archives?

with current answer:
    * http://www.mail-archive.com/cmake@cmake.org/
    * http://marc.info/?l=cmake

I did update:

too

I hope this would make it easier for everybody to search in the CMake
community knowledge :-)

PS: feel free to update the answer in the FAQ if you know more
searchable archives of the ML.
