[CMake] Add_custom_target copying files

Not sure, it should work.
Try changing POST_BUILD to PRE_BUILD and see what happens.
also try printing the variable ${${inputPo}}
message(STATUS "${inputPo}: ${${inputPo}}")
message(STATUS "inputPo: ${inputPo}")
