[CMake] cpack, rebrand

Hi,


I want to rebrand a package. It would be nice if I could do that without 
changing a lot of code, so I was wondering if I rename the *.exe binary 
and point the installer and menu item on Windows to that renamed binary 
using cpack?

Any suggestions, tips?
