[CMake] Building shared libs on visual

Dear Cmake users and developpers,

Our project builds fine with cmake and we can sucessfully generate 
shared library( so files ) under Unix/Linux systems when using the 
appropriate flag. However, when it comes to windows systems, visual 
always build .lib files, even when activating the shared lib option that 
is proven to work on the other systems. Is there any reason why we can 
not build dll with visual using cmake ?
