[CMake] Set XCode arguments from CMakeLists.txt ?

Hello all,

I've just stumbled upon this CMake Mantis entry regarding the topic in  
the subject of this post:

However, the question still seems unanswered...

So, my question is: is there a way to set XCode arguments and internal  
environment variables from CMake?
