[CMake] [CTest] Proper way to set up "Site name" and @IP information

Hi All,

I'm using CTest to submit to CDash and I want
to give my "Site Name" a  more readable value.

I did find  that I may use:

ctest --overwrite Site="Eric at Home" -D Experimental

Is it the right way to do it?
