[CMake] Regenerating Visual Studio projects

I have added comments to http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=7708 -- I
cannot reproduce the issue with "unrelated" Visual Studio instances. Only VS
instances with the regenerated .sln file open prompt with dialogs.
Please read the notes in the bug report and re-open it with instructions on
how to reproduce your problem if I have misread something...

Thanks,
David Cole
