[CMake] compilation errors of a program that uses VTK and GDCM via CMake

Thank you very much Mathieu.
It's very nice to help me ;-)

I think I've resolved the problem.
Unfortunately, I can't explain exactly how I managed to resolve this problem
because I resintalled gdcm et vtk, I retried with a new CMakeFile.txt, and
it finally worked... after hours of research and testing...

Thank you again Mathieu,

Have a nice day ;-)

Stéphane
