[CMake] MinGW and cmake issues...

Did you try to compile a simple hello world from command line? Does it 
work? I don't think so.

What os do you use? What gcc? If you're using vista you need a patch (or 
recent mingw 3.4.5 from sf.net/projects/mingw)
