Are you using GNU as ?
Then the ASM-ATT files should work for you.
Try
ENABLE_LANGUAGE(ASM-ATT)
and then list the *.s files as source files.
If C or C++ GNU crosscompilers have already been found before, then also the
cross assembler should be found.
