[CMake] Out-of-source build broken ?

Hi, you need to set the EXECUTABLE_OUTPUT_PATH variable. For to do this 
automatically, you can set it with command:

SET( EXECUTABLE_OUTPUT_PATH 'desired path'
      CACHE PATH "text" )
