[CMake] compile options

hi,
i'm using cmake 2.6 for MSVC2005 and Linux.
As there is LINK_FLAGS_<config>, is there a way to have different compile
flags for debug and release?
i've tried CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_<config>, COMPILE_FLAGS_<config>,... this to say
any combinaison but none works.
