[CMake] Code::Blocks generator setting in CMakeLists

Thanks for your reply.

 

The argument to keep it to the user is very reasonable. It just seemed
convenient to have it hard code in my CMakeLists.

Of course I can write a small bash script that automatically does the
call for me, but for sure I'll also try the new GUI.
