[CMake] Setting debug command parameters with cmake

Hi,

is it possible to set debug command parameters for targets added with 
ADD_EXECUTABLE in CMakeLists.txt so they are created in KDevelop or 
Visual Studio project settings?

Any help would be appreciated.
