[CMake] add all files of a directory

Hi Adrien,
I think you can use Cmake's GLOB to get do this, something like:
FILE (GLOB MYFILES RELATIVE Pybindings *.cxx )
MYFILES should be a variable with all the *.cxx files in Pybindings.
