[CMake] Add a simple suffix rule to makefile via cmake?

Hi,

is it possible to add a custom suffix rule to a makefile like:

.po.mo:
	$(MSGFMT) -o $@ $<


Will the following do?

ADD_CUSTOM_TARGET (.po.mo
	...
)
