[CMake] Custom cache

vtk and itk make heavy use of ctest scripts (
http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake_Scripting_Of_CTest) to generate/save cache
settings. We use them for many of the nightly tests:
http://www.itk.org/Testing/Dashboard/MostRecentResults-Nightly/Dashboard.html
http://www.vtk.org/Testing/Dashboard/MostRecentResults-Nightly/Dashboard.html

On these dashboards, next to some build names, you will see a small text
icon. Click on it to see the ctest script that was used to generate that
dashboard entry.
