Usually those are in the projects CTestConfig.cmake file that goes in 
the root of the source tree.   However, I think you can just set them in 
the script like a regular CMake variable.

set(CTEST_DROP_SITE ...)
set(CTEST_DROP_LOCATION ...)
ctest_configure(...)
