[CMake] CMake Java configuration error on Linux, working fine on Mac and Windows.

Actually if you simply copy/paste your error message, I believe you
made a case-sensitive type, try:
FIND_PACKAGE(Java) instead of FIND_PACKAGE(JAVA) :)
