That is the first time I have heard of NONE in this context. It is not
documented in 2.6.1. Please add it to the PROJECT documentation since it is
potentially so convenient when the project requires no languages or when the
project developers prefer to use ENABLE_LANGUAGE to enable certain languages
as a result of options set by the user.
