[CMake] Problem with Qt frameworks on Mac

Lately I have been finding that the FindQt4.cmake module is broken  
for Qt4 installs that are not in "standard" locations. The I ended up  
swapping the latest FindQt4.cmake from CVS HEAD of CMake with my  
current installed FindQt4.cmake and things seem to be much better.

Also. Did you compile Qt4 yourself? Did you compile Qt4 as Frameworks  
or as libraries? This is selected in the ./configure stage of Qt 4  
compilation using the --frameworks or --no-frameworks.
