[CMake] CMake Documentation (CMake CVS)

I hand made a simple .adp file (attached) for the Qt assistant the other 
day, as an experiment.
Ideally, it would be generated based on sections and/or commands in the 
html file, and done in the CMakeLists.txt file.
Do you want to pick up where I left off?
