[CMake] QtDialog isn't installed?

As you've noted, install rules to install it and its dependent components
from Qt are lacking. I do not know if there is anything else "unfinished" in
it. I'll let Clinton answer that question if he's listening.

It will be done and included when CMake 2.6 becomes available. (According to
this thread, http://www.cmake.org/pipermail/cmake/2007-November/017715.html,
CMake
2.6 and the new book should both be available in January...)
