OK, I'm running a Win2K box, and it is, in fact, set there too.
It seems to be set up automagically somewhere by Windows, as it
doesn't appear in the editable list under the System Properties
> Environment Variables tab. However, "echo %ProgramFiles%" shows
that it is indeed defined.

I love Windows.
