[CMake] Using Doxygen with Cmake

	Yes. Try EXECUTE_PROCESS(...). But, are you sure you want de overhead 
of creating you doc all the time? A good alternative can be 
ADD_CUSTOM_TARGET(doc ...).
	(Pehapas the gurus can help more).
