[CMake] Msvc & incremental linking

Hi,

When I build a project with nmake incremental linking does not work (linker complains that the executable was not found, but it is there). Doing the same within the ms ide seems to work fine. I'm not using any special linker flags or something else which could prevent incrmental linking.
Has someone an idea why it does not work?
