[CMake] ctest -DContinuousBuild doesn't build

	Hi,

	I run the following sequence of commands:

ctest -DContinuousStart
ctest -DContinuousConfigure
ctest -DContinuousUpdate --overwrite SVNUpdateOptions="-r10000"
ctest -DContinuousBuild

	The last command will not do anything. It just exits silently
even
though they were updates. I even updated my sources by hand to 100
revisions
back to test it. The step
ctest -DContinuousUpdate --overwrite SVNUpdateOptions="-r10000"
reports update by 100 revisions and a few hundred files updated.
However,
there is no compilation by ContinuousBuild.
	Any ideas?
