[CMake] CTest - change directory before running tests

Hi everyone,
is it possible to change working directory before calling test execution?

If I add test with ADD_TEST() command, everything is OK unless I need do 
memory checking.
For some reasons I need to have executable outside from a build-tree.  I 
have some launch scripts, which is OK for jus running tests, but it is 
not suitable for running memory checking using Valgrind.
