Do you mean something like this:

INSTALL(TARGETS helloworld
                  RUNTIME DESTINATION bin STRIP_ALWAYS
                  LIBRARY DESTINATION lib STRIP_NEVER
                  ARCHIVE DESTINATION lib STRIP_NEVER
               )

In my case that would work very well.
