[CMake] Build one target with multiple subdirectories

I haven't recognized that yet. That seams to be a good solution for my 
problem but of course I have tried your second suggestion ....

... and I like it very much ;) That's a cool command and fully new to 
me. But I also think that it is dangerous to break the hierarchic 
structure of cmake - so I would say one should use it with attention.
