[CMake] Determine if microsoft vc 8 build is Itanium or x64

Hi,

I need a way to determine if a build is for Itanium or for x64 when cross 
compiling using visual studio 2005. Any way I have missed in the 
documentation?

I can determine if the build is a 64 bit build by checking the CMAKE_CL_64 
variable but that variable alone does not distinguish between x86_amd64 and 
x86_ia64 builds.
