[CMake] CMake 2.4.6 on MSYS

You'll need to send more details.  I use MSYS as my primary build 
system.  I'm doing just fine building Chicken Scheme, on Windows 2000 
SP4, MinGW 3.4.5, using a non-standard MSYS shell.
