[CMake] wxWidgets Find + Packages macros

Hi Cmakers and users,

I improved FindwxWidgets  some more.
I did upload it here: http://www.pontademangue.com/tmp/wxpm.tgz

It contains the modified FindwxWidgets, a packaged called "led" + a 
sample which uses both.
One first goes to the packages/led and run Cmake and make there,  to 
build the package.
Next go to the sampleapp and do the same.

It is now tested it on VC2005 VC6 MingW fedora6.

If possible i would like this FindwxWidgets version to be added to Cmake.
( what is the best approach to achive this? )

Else we will try to make it part of wxWidgets itself.
