[CMake] How to find out the compiler directory?

I think cmake doesn't know.
Are you using the makefile generator or the MSVC generator ?
In both cases it's not required.
FIND_PRGRAM(CL_EXE cl) doesn't work ?
It should (otherwise the environment doesn't seem to be set up as required, 
but I'm no expert on the Windows side).
