[CMake] FindZLIB.cmake patch: lookup registry GnuWin32 location

Hello

Maybe this little patch for FindZLIB.cmake (in version 2.4.6 at least) will 
come in handy for other people too, it adds lookup for registry settings of 
GnuWin32 if one installs zlib using their package.
