[CMake] CMAKE_MODULE_PATH not remembered?

Try cmake -DCMAKE_MODULE_PATH:PATH=<somwehere>

There is an undocumented feature of CMake where untyped -D options (like you
tried above) usually work, but sometimes they don't, and I believe this is
probably one of those cases.
