[CMake] Trying to figure out how to set Build Name

Hi All,
	We have machines on various versions of the same OS and I'd like to
display the OS AND the version number on my Dart board.  I've looked on the
Wiki and tried setting CTEST_BUILD_NAME inside the CMakeLists.txt file but
have had no success.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thank you.
