[CMake] How to create several MSVS solution files, defining new MSVS configurations

Is there an easy way to define in a CMakeList.txt file how to create more
than 1 solution file? For example if I want one solution for the whole
system and another solution that would include only trainers etc. 

 

Another question I have is how do I define new configurations as you can do
with MSVS? The example you that is posted in the FAQ is not working for some
reason.
