[CMake] prefered header version?

Use the cmake command-line option -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX to install your
stable library wherever you want and your development library wherever you
want.
If you have a supplementary CMake project that wants to use either the
stable or development version of a library, use the environment variables
CMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH and CMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH.
