[CMake] Two CMake questions:

1) Is there a way for CMake to generate a CMakeLists.txt file automagically
for a new project in the way the QMAKE does when it is run with 
the -project option?

2) Is there any software for automagically creating a CMakeLists.txt file
from a configure file?
