[CMake] Compiling dynamic source code

Seems like you'd need CMake to invoke a fully independent CMake.  In the 
0th CMake, determine what build files you'll be needing for the 1st 
stage, and write them out to files.  Invoke the 1st CMake via a script, 
read the input files, do the configurations with them.
