[CMake] Visual Studio macros in CMake Wiki

Hi,

About 3 months ago I started moving our codebase from an in-house build
system (in effect a bunch of Perl scripts) to CMake. Since we are a
Visual Studio shop and our developers needed "nice" projects, I've made
a bunch of macros that would help me create what we needed - with your
invaluable help, so thank you , guys.

So I think it's time I give something back. I'm creating a wiki entry
for VS specific macros, with the hope that you will find some of these
useful.  It's located in the  CMake User Contributed Macros section.
Feel free to contribute your own :)
