[CMake] ctest with SSL?

[Kedzierski, Artur CIV NAVSURFWARCENDIV CORONA]

	Is there a way to enable SSL in CTest? 
When I use 'https' URL, I get 
curl_easy_perform() says: libcurl was built with SSL disabled[...]
