[CMake] Building a Debug Project against a Release VTK

How are you including VTK in your project?
If like this:
FIND_PACKAGE(VTK)
INCLUDE(${VTK_USE_FILE})
then after the INCLUDE line, you should be able to do this:
SET(CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE "Debug")
and get things limping along...
Be advised, though. The warnings are there for a reason. You may see
other oddities when running your debug project.
