[CMake] issue with INSTALL and CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX

CMake 2.4.3 with FreeBSD6.1

I have forgotten to remove an old reference to INSTALL_TARGET in my CMakeLists.txt.

here is my CMakeLists.txt:
