[CMake] Detecting CMake Version

Hi,

I know there is CMAKE_MAJOR_VERSION and CMAKE_MINOR_VERSION, is there a 3rd 
value for the last point release version?

Eg, Alex has put the FindCups in CVS and I'd like to test if the version is 
2.4.5 or lower and use our included one, or use the CMake one if higher, 
assuming this FindCups is going into 2.4.5, or whenever, 2.4.6 perhaps.
