[CMake] Make dist?

Hi Andy,

Ok, that seems right now. 11mb tar.bz2 file.

It was attempting to run moc/uic because I build out of source and I was 
running cpack in the source dir with no prebuilt files there and it was 
attempting a package build, not package source build. Having made a complete 
clean checkout, I see that I can run cpack out of source too.. correct? Seems 
to work ok and give me a clean tarball.
